The gold medal winner for the best NZ roasted espresso, and the overall supreme medal winner at the 2004 NZ Coffee festival. Sail Rock Blend is smooth and mellow, with a long sweet finish.

Bica Decaf
Our decaf is also a gold medal winning coffee, are dark roasted dark which brings out the oils in the beans and gives a full round balance edge.

Columbian
Columbian beans is a popular medium dark roast, which offers a more mellow flavour, with a smooth almost chocolaty roundness. This is perfect through a plunger or filter machine. giving a smooth, aromatic cup.

Guatamalan
Roasted to a medium finish having a more piquant edge with a definite lively finish. Rich and lively, appealing to European taste.

Summatran
Dark roasted producing an earthy thinner coffee.

Sigri
Is Bica's Fair Trade beans are also Organic and are dark roasted to create a full bodied, almost nutty, rich and complex finish.
